Board Members

Doug Ackermann

Doug Ackermann was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. A 1984 graduate from Milford High School, he attended The College of Wooster and graduated in 1988 with a BA in Economics.

Doug and his wife Lori were married in 1996. They we have one child, a son named Payne, and they live in Miami Township.

He is Vice-President of Operations in the family business, Lehr’s Meats, where he has worked since 1984. Located in Milford, Lehr’s has been around since 1950. They specialize in the finest meat money can buy, making their own ground products from scratch. They carry Amish poultry, and have a deli, catering department, bakery, beer, wine and liquor agency. Doug’s responsibilities include purchasing, marketing, inventory control, payroll, finances and managing a staff of twelve.
