Jason Sims received his B.S. Degree from Wright State University in 1988, and
his Juris Doctorate from
the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1993.
He has State Bar Admissions in Ohio and Kentucky, and Federal Bar Admission in the United States Court
of International Trade and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
He is a Partner at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, where his
practices areas include Corporate, Merger & Acquisitions, Securities Law, General Business, and Franchise
& Distribution.
