The Business and Workforce Resource Center of Clermont County is certified as a One Stop Employment and Training Center under the Workforce Investment Act. The BWRC is operated by a publicly owned company, Arbor E&T, and offers universal access and service to both businesses and individuals. The Literacy Council is housed in the same building as the BWRC to provide direct access by individuals needing to address literacy issues as part of their employment pursuits.
